Today is a day in March 2020 and exactly 5 years ago I decided to start over. I made this decision from my heart, after my world stood still for a moment due to the death of a dear person.

This event turned everything upside down. I felt deep down that life was more than wearing fancy clothes and being stuck in traffic for one hour every day. So I decided to follow my wild dreams.

Today more than ever I think back to this decision that is difficult for many, seemed weird and brave.

I think back to then and realize that the decisions made from the heart are always the right ones. I couldn't imagine then that today the world would come to a standstill, and that what I prefer to do would no longer be possible.

But if you start over, you learn that the word impossible does not exist. Enough possibilities remain if you consider everything with an open mind. So I can keep doing what I love to do, I can travel through the world of paragraphs, in the world of shapes and colors, in the world of stars and meteorites and in the world of bites & bytes. And that's what I call the power of starting over.

Any time you start over voluntarily or forcibly, you discover that there is as much as possible. The barriers that have covered your head for years, melt like snow in the sun, you feel freer.

Today life invites us to reflect and start over where necessary. It is an opportunity that we cannot pass up, although it means that we must choose meaning over happiness.
