When I came up with the title for this reisles I shot just laugh. The readers will think I (journey)Insurance'm going to sell or that I'm promote, but on this I would like to reassure you that this is not the case. In tegendeel deze reisles gaat niet over zekerheden of het inperken van risico’s, something our insurers want to sell too happy: “A life without risks.” I apologize for the insurers among us, this is not personal. I am glad that you exist and that you are the risks of our house, limiting our car and our holiday. But whether you can reduce the risks of life, daar…

New Zealand The Garden of Eden
Travel is a collection of experiences that are the years you best memories. New Zealand is a country that can be described in many ways but for me, New Zealand The Garden of Eden. A piece of paradise on earth where the essence of our existence has not yet been lost or is confused with bustle and being busy. Here it is quite normal to greet each other, to share things or to do something for someone else, to chat with a stranger, not out of politeness but out of sincere interest. Soon I took the habit to everyone I encountered "hello" to say. Ik had…

Read rituals
Besides traveling, photograph, write, Collecting shoes and daydreaming was reading one of my favorite things. I read not just one book. Nee, I have my regular reading rituals, and which ones you read more here. My passion for reading I have to thank my Spanish teacher in high school. She was so excited about books that it was impossible not to get infected with the virus reading. I'd give everyone his teacher, because as the famous quote says: “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” Dr. Seuss. This quote says…

Travel lesson 11: Seek out air
The leaves of the trees falling slowly in my path and the sun more powerful than ever shining on my face while I crave air, naar die goddelijke inblazing van ideeën die wij in simpele termen inspiratie noemen. Geen muziek, no…

The North Island's HOT
The North Island of New Zealand is hot and not only because of its many volcanoes but because this piece of island has more to offer than we had estimated in advance. We thought 20 days would be more than enough to see this piece of New Zealand. Now we realize that this was a big mistake, so we have no option but to come back. The North Island is less than the national parks South Island, but as compensation you get two very nice towns namely Wellington, Auckland and many hotspots. Our trip on the North Island began in Wellington. The moment the ferry entered the city, nam de dynamiek van de stad de rust…
